How long are emails kept?

Emails are kept until your chosen expiry (10 minutes or 30 minutes), or until you manually destroy the address. After expiry, all emails and inbox data are automatically cleared and cannot be recovered.

How do I send an email?

Due to fraud and spam concerns, we have disabled the email sending feature. TempMailSpace only supports receiving mail, not sending. This prevents the service from being abused.

How do I delete temporary emails?

You can wait for the validity period to end and the system will clean up automatically, or click the "Destroy inbox" button to immediately delete all emails and inbox data.

What is the difference between changing and destroying an inbox?

Changing generates a new inbox for you, but the old one is not deleted during its validity — if you still remember the address, you can access it again. Destroying immediately deletes the inbox and all emails, with no way to recover them.

Are attachments supported?

Attachments are not supported yet. We only keep the text and HTML content of emails; attachments are automatically discarded. This is a security measure to prevent the spread of malicious attachments.

Can others see my emails?

No. As long as you do not share your address, no one else can access your inbox. Every address is uniquely generated and requires a token to access.

Why am I not receiving emails?

Some senders may block disposable email domains. If you do not receive an email, try the following: 1. Check that the address is correct; 2. Try generating a new address; 3. Check the spam folder; 4. Wait a few seconds and refresh.

A temporary email is safe in itself, but it is not designed for long-term storage of important mail. We recommend: 1. Do not register important accounts with it; 2. Do not receive sensitive information in it; 3. View and save important emails promptly.
